Constanza Fernández Oubeid is a Digital Communication student at the University of Palermo.

He has worked in the public and private sectors with experience in ISO certification processes, tenders and project management.

He is responsible for the application of the IECS financing opportunity search strategy and the creation of content for internal dissemination. As part of the project management team, he assists in gathering requirements and generating documentation for the development of proposals.
