Lipoprotein(a)—also known as Lp(a)—is becoming an emerging marker of cardiovascular risk, generating increasing interest among researchers and healthcare professionals. Its more frequent inclusion in clinical practice guidelines reinforces the need to update knowledge about its epidemiology, its interpretation in practice, and treatment prospects.
With that objective, the Institute for Clinical and Health Effectiveness (IECS) is organizing the webinar “Present and future of Lipoprotein (a) in cardiovascular health”, which will offer a comprehensive look at the present and future of Lp(a) in cardiovascular health.
For one hour, specialists from various institutions will share the latest scientific advances and clinical challenges related to this biomarker. The event is free, virtual (via Zoom), and requires prior registration.
