Affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires dedicated since 2002 to Research, Education and Technical Cooperation.

Contribute to improve global health, generating and promoting the application of the best scientific evidence.

A world in which all people achieve the highest possible level of health and where the IECS is an innovative organization and a global leader in the generation of knowledge, formulation and implementation of health services, programs and policies.
