With more than 25 years of experience, the IECS–UBA Master's in Clinical Effectiveness has established itself as one of the most impactful academic programs in healthcare in Latin America. Its unique approach combines academic excellence, practical application, and the drive to transform healthcare systems.
Aimed at professionals from multiple disciplines—medical, health, social, humanities, economics, and exact sciences—this master's degree offers specialized training in:
- Clinical and epidemiological research
- Health technology assessment and economic evaluations
- Clinical management and quality of care in health organizations
The program is offered in a hybrid format, with synchronous virtual classes, asynchronous activities through the Virtual Campus, and one intensive in-person week per year, inspired by the Harvard pedagogical model.
More than 1000 graduates throughout Latin America have strengthened their capacities to design interventions, generate evidence, and make health decisions based on scientific evidence. Today, many of these individuals hold key roles in international organizations, as well as in public and private institutions.
