Objective: Analyze the situation of Chagas management at the first level of care in the public health sector, explore its barriers and facilitators for the future design of an implementation strategy to improve the diagnosis and timely treatment of Chagas in women of childbearing age. (pregnant or not), newborns and other children of positive mothers.
