Abstract
Monitoring policies to reduce salt and trans fats in Argentina. In collaboration with CDs and FIC-Argentina. IECS will take care of: 1) a model of impact of trans fat reduction, 2) development of a database of chemical composition of web-based foods and 3) survey on consumption patterns of salt and trans fats Bariloche and Marcos Paz
