Goal

Generate empirical evidence on the effectiveness of interventions based on behavioral economics, aimed at promoting greater use of global cardiovascular risk screening services and adherence to cardiovascular disease treatment.

The objective of this proposal is to evaluate the effectiveness of Interventions based on behavioral economics selected to promote the use and adherence of screening, prevention and control services of global cardiovascular risk in the CAPS of selected districts, through the change of attitudes, beliefs , motivations and practices of vulnerable populations with high cardiovascular risk. In this sense, a systematic review was carried out and two proposals were presented for conducting pilot studies that allow measuring the impact attributable to these interventions, as a function of the quality of the supply of health services at the first level of care.
