Objective:
Design a standard health form for COVID-19 to implement at the entry points to the PROSUR countries and the respective requirements for its application at the entry points..
Summary:
The project is developed through the following activities. 1) Exhaustive review of the evidence on the usefulness of entry forms to reduce the transmission of SARS-Cov 2) Mapping and analysis of forms/declarations in force in the PROSUR countries, the region and the world. Analysis of entry procedures and algorithms in force in PROSUR countries and in selected countries 3) Design and definition of functions of a standard form for PROSUR 4) Definition of a standard procedure related to the form. 5) Analysis of evidence/experience on options for implementing electronic gateway forms.
