Objective: Support in the implementation of the Regional Digital Public Good and Platform “All in One Telehealth Platform for the Americas” as a result of the first phase financed with USA Pledge funds

Summary: The project's relevant activities include technical support for the implementation of the All in One Telehealth Platform in three selected countries, including support for the integration of modular implementations; the establishment of a Help Desk technological solution for documentation and monitoring of support requests, follow-up on queries or reports; documentation of Spanish and English versions of the platform; and the installation and maintenance of a replica of the platform (Test Environment) in order to be able to develop tests and/or execute training activities.
