Objectives
Determine the frequency of ZIKA virus infection during pregnancy.
To measure the association between symptomatic and asymptomatic maternal ZIKA virus infection during pregnancy, and microcephaly at birth.
Longitudinally follow children with documented in utero exposure, selected from our cohort of ZIKA IgM-positive and/or ZIKA PCR-positive women and a group of children of uninfected women.
