Objective: Estimate the epidemiological and economic impact of programs and interventions prioritized by PAHO/WHO through mathematical simulation models aimed at decision-making

Summary: The key activities of the study are: modeling of scenarios for increasing the coverage of the HEARTS initiative for the control of high blood pressure (HTN); modeling of scenarios for increasing HPV vaccination coverage for cervical cancer prevention; reduction of maternal mortality due to postpartum hemorrhages; HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP); use of mobile technology for DOT in the treatment of Tuberculosis; and Increased coverage of treatments for Hepatitis C.
