Objective: Provide technical assistance from experts to 23 municipalities in the province of Buenos Aires for the management of the COVID-19 pandemic in said jurisdictions. 

Summary: 

The Program is developed in three components: 1) Development of a local pandemic management plan and technical support for implementation. 2) Intensive training for the COE -Emergency Operational Committee- and health teams 3) Support for epidemiological surveillance and health response for decision making..
