Objective:

Provide expert support to the Plurinational State of Bolivia for the strengthening of the surveillance system, and adapt the preparedness and response of the health system to COVID19 epidemic, in order to achieve the best possible sanitary results. 

Summary:

The project is developed in four components: 1) Develop and inform the situation diagnosis, epidemiological data gathering, information system, report circuits and response capacity of the health system. 2) Implementation of an Integral Model for Health Care System Preparedness and Response to estimate the impact of COVID19 expansion in the Plurinational State of Bolivia. 3) Development of a control panel for decision-making. 4) Final report that contains a necessity assessment, activities developed and improvement proposals.
