Candela Stella is a Higher Technician in Ceremonial and Protocol, and is currently expanding this training to a bachelor's degree at the San Pablo University of Tucumán.

He currently works as a data manager in the Statistics, Data Management and Information Systems Unit of the Institute of Clinical and Health Effectiveness (IECS) where he coordinates work teams, management and administration of virtual databases, among others.
