Valentina Stacco holds a degree and is a professor in Social Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, with specializations in Management and Direction of Non-Profit Organizations (University of San Andrés) and in Education and New Communication Technologies (FLACSO).

She works as a researcher in the Department of Health Technology Assessment and Health Economics at the Institute for Clinical and Health Effectiveness (IECS), where she participates in research projects and the production of communication and knowledge transfer materials. Since 2023, she has been a member of the Scientific Secretariat of the Latin American Policy Forum on Health Technology Assessment (HTAI Latin America Policy Forum), where she contributes to the forum's scientific and organizational coordination, including the development of preparatory materials and collaboration with organizations and stakeholders in the regional health technology policy ecosystem. She has participated in systematic reviews, focusing particularly on incorporating perspectives related to the social determinants of health, equity, and quality of life.
