Andrea Mencía has a degree in Psychology from the University of Belgrano (UB) and completed a Postgraduate Human Resources Management by competency at the same university.

Currently, she works as head of Human Resources at the IECS and is a member of the Committee for Equal Rights, Diversity and Gender Equality (CIDDEG).

He has more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources sector developed in various areas. She worked for a decade at the HR consulting firm, Manpower Argentina, where she eventually became Regional HR Coordinator.

During the last few years he has been working independently in Consulting for various types of clients and was in charge of the start-up of a Systems company, managing the selection, training, communication and development processes.
